I’m a product designer in Chicago. For the 5 years I’ve worked on products where the stakes are real and the complexity is unavoidable, working on healthcare platforms used by 7,000+ hospitals and clinics, AI agent experiences, and the design systems that keep them coherent.

My work tends to start upstream, understanding the workflow, naming the constraint nobody wrote down, and getting a team to agree on what the product is before we argue about what it looks like.
